This guy added me on messenger from here and said he was 71 but on his questions he had stuff about his kids?

So this guy added me and there was something weird about the conversation and finally he said he was 71 and then I felt something odd and checked his Q&A and his one question was about his 9 year old daughter, when I confronted him about it he said it was his sons daughter. Should I believe him? Couldn't he not have posted the question as 'my granddaughter' ? I find this really odd and what's a 71 year old doing like this anyway. Well I'm not gonna talk to him, he's too old for me, I'm only 19 but I had to know so I don't randomly accuse him wrong and he was just sharing the account.
