Does anyone know how I can contact Claires' Accessories head office about a complaint? ?

I can't seem to find an e-mail address or a telephone number. My 6 year old granddaughter has been wearing magnetic earrings for about 6 days. We thought it would be a compromise to having her ears pierced. Her mum told her to take them off last night, but the magnet had disappeared right inside her earlobe. She hadn't complained about any pain. We took her to casualty, where the back was pulled out and her earlobe cleaned. She has a bad infection and a large whole. I couldn't believe a magnet could do so much damage. I thought I would contact Claires accessories not so much to complain, but to tell them what can happen.
