How can i get my boyfriend to trust me.. i havent done anything for him not too. help!?

he ask me every little thing that i do beceause he doesnt trust me.. he says that he does trust me, he just ask me all those things because he doesnt want me to do anyhting for him to lose my trust.. bs. he doesnt trust me now and iwant him to sooo bad.. is there any way i can change this?
