What's the perfect diet for me?

Most people would do well just eating a good, balanced diet. Fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein (chicken ), whole grains. Try to cut out all processed foods. Go for whole wheat bread instead of white. Mustard instead of mayo that kind of stuff. The more natural products you can eat the better. Brown rice instead of rice a roni, carrot and celery sticks with peanut er instead of chips. Just watch your meals, try to eat well and try not to eat processed/junky foods. Also make sure you eat enough because if you don't your body can go into starvation mode and actually start trying to save fat.
