I keep dreaming about this guy. What does it mean?

It started off when I was going through some problems in my life and then one night i have a dream where i tell him everything and he just holds me. Those dreams went on for a couple of months and then were off and on. Then last night I have a dream of us snuggling by a lake and we are talking about him asking a girl out. I have never met the guy before but I know it's him in my dreams yet it gets blurry over time.
