Should I drop DeSean Jackson for Dwayne Bowe?

Dwayne Bowe just became available in my FFL league. The only player I could get rid of is DeSean Jackson. I'm thinking that KC has an easier schedule the rest of the year than PHI. Should I pull this move off?
