If the war in Iraq were over, where would the money saved go?

Should it go to free healthcare for americans, should it go to free education. where should the money be spent and how big is the threat of being attacked by another country? do you feel we would be safe in blowing our enemies off the map? Respectively whoever bombed us on 9/11? Please do not be rude in response, I'm only asking for some insight. do you think that we could overtake japan also?
