4DPO, GY, THICK WHITE CM, CRAMPY...COULD I POSSIBLY BE PREGGERS?

Hi! My names alicia. im 27 years old and the mother of a wonderful 11 yrr old little girl. Ive been ttc for about 5 years now. And am hoping this cycle is it. I just had an hsg done which says I have a completely clogged and swollen fallopian tube which is due to be removed via laproscopic surgery. So after my hsg I went home and had . Then i figured I ovulated on the 19th or 20th so we had again on both days.(I know they say to skip a day but i just couldnt help myself. So now my are sore, been really gy, thick white cm...its to early to be feeling period cramps but i have been kinda crampy and usually its off to one side but this time its dead in the middle. im due for af on the 5th or 6th of may, ughh dunno if im just looking for signs to be pregnant or if i am. I think itd have to be a miracle from god though if I am cause it would be all natural, no clomid or anything just prenatels..baby dust to all!!! Pray that I get bfp!! Also how soon is to soon to test? My obgyn did a urine....dont know the results yet but im thinking its to soon to tell...any advice or anything?
