Are all creatures with fur mammals? (apart from dust bunnies!)?

Marsupials (kangaroos, koalas) and monotremes (platypus and echindas) are both subcles of mammals. All mammals have some hair on their bodes, even whales and dolphins. Birds have a fine down, which can resemble fur (think baby chickens).
