To Christians: Do you believe you have a right to judge?

and the second part of that question is: the judging of others, their religious affiliations/beliefs, or lack thereof....how does that fit in with the Christian religion you say you embrace and follow when the Bible specifically warns of judging others (as well as warning that you cannot know God's mind)?
