Im doing athletics this term with my PE cl, but the thing is, the teacher is making us do 1500 metre's running. which is 5 times around our oval. weve only just strarted thou and i was like last to finish! i want somethings that will help me run better/faster.any stats would be good on how to run properly with out getting puffed easily and not stoping to walk to easily.PLEASE HELP :'):"):)"):):)":)":):)thx
